All orders are processed on a pre-pay basis. Once your payment has been received it generally takes one to three weeks for US domestic orders to be processed plus an extra 2 - 4 days for your order to be delivered via priority mail (postal service), so allow about 1 - 4 weeks from when your order is placed until it lands on your door step. For orders outside of the US we ship via Airmail which generally takes two to three weeks to be delivered once shipped. We do not ship to all countries. We cannot garuntee shipments outside the U.S as the packages are not trackable. Orders with special made shirts (i.e special text or custom made on american apparel or hanes beefy-t) might take about a week longer (so give up to 4 to 5 weeks delivery time). For the uninitiated, "Y-Que" translates from spanish as "so what". Pronounced "eKay".

For orders over $100 we can only ship to the billing address on the credit card and to the credit card holder unless you provide us with a fax photocopy (to: 323-664-8302) of your credit card back (this proves you are in possession of the card and a photocopy of your drivers license/id) to verify that you are the card holder.

Shirt Sizes: The standard shirts are Hanes t-shirts. An Adult Large is about 22" from shoulder to shoulder and 26" from neck to bottom. The sizes fluctuate about 2" in either direction per size (eg: Medium 20" x 24"). Youth Sizes are about comparable to women's 0-2 (youth small) 4-6 (youth medium) 8-10 (youth large)



Most other countries are charged a minimum of $9 flat plus a per item cost depending on the weight of the product and each country is shipped to on a case by case basis. Shipping outside of the US generally takes one to two weeks after we have prepared the order.

We do not ship to all countries.



Returns: We have a 100% guarantee on our products for US customers and you can mail back any product you order as long as you pay the return shipping charges. If you would like to return for an exchange or refund, please include a note with your name, order number, shipping address, phone number and let us know exactly what you'd like in exchange (i.e shirt design, color, size). If you are returning for a refund (less shipping), please let us know on your note. If we make a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to fix the problem to your satisfaction. Thank You.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: If you are paying via credit card we will begin processing your order immediately. However, Orders over $100 require verification of the CVV code and we may contact you for additional information to verify the order before processing.
